Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (25 hours/week)
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Rheumatology Infusion Suite. This part-time position is ideal for an LVN who is looking for a consistent weekday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with rheumatology infusion and injection therapies under physician supervision.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after infusions.
- Obtain and document vital signs and patient assessments.
- Administer medications per clinic protocol.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
- Ensure infusion suite safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Provide patient education and support in a calm and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (infusion or specialty clinic experience preferred).
- IV therapy skills strongly preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
